Himalayan Bistro, nestled in Fort Collins, CO, has emerged as a must-visit Nepalese restaurant that leaves diners enchanted with its authentic flavors and inviting ambiance. Customers consistently rave about the Chicken Tikka Marcella and the Rogan Josh Lamb, describing the dishes as uniquely delicious and a true reflection of Himalayan cuisine. The naan bread, often highlighted for its exceptional quality, complements the rich curries beautifully.
Service at Himalayan Bistro is commendable, with many reviews praising Savannah, whose genuine hospitality elevates the dining experience. Guests appreciate the restaurant's beautifully decorated interior, making it perfect for both family meals and romantic date nights. While the menu could benefit from additional salad options, the overwhelming consensus is that the food's quality far outweighs any minor drawbacks—classics like momo dumplings and saag paneer truly shine.

The food here is excellent. Try the Chicken Tikka Marcella. Unique delicious taste. Rogan Josh Lamb a must. Naan bread... like no other. Savannah our server was genuine and well versed is hospitality etiquette. Place is beautifully decorated. Everytime we visit northern Colorado, this is a traditional stop for us. Lamb dishes are non stop delicious and my wife is a big fan of the Tikka Marcella along with the garlic naan bread . You can thank me later

One of the best restaurants in Foco! Great food, great service, and perfect for the family or a date night. A bit on the pricier side but worth it. I've never had anything I didn't like from here. My one criticism would be that there are not any salad options, but that will never keep me away. Definitely recommend!

It was fantastic! Better than how I remember the food in Kathmandu. Off the menu, they do have offer mango lassi. The server's knowledge was impressive. She knew the difference between Sherpa's and packers. (Incidentally, this restaurant is owned by a Sherpa.) Note: They don't have WiFi and data doesn't work well there (better with Verizon). No WiFi not able to accept Apple or Google Pay.

Easily 5/5. If I could give a higher rating, I would. The saag dish was absolutely out of this world delicious. Such amazing flavours and spices. That with the naan would have been a perfect meal all on its own. The Himalayan curry came with a soup appetizer. A lentil soup. It was so tasty and I normally am not that crazy about lentil anything. The chicken was dark meat which is not my favourite but the sauce made up for it. The naan was delicious and crispy and really tasty as well. I also ordered the vegetable dumplings that were so good. I don’t remember what the sauce was but it was such a nice complimentary flavour to the dumplings. Lastly and certainly not least, the service was just wonderful. Savannah, The kind of person that make you smile every time they come to the table. Just a tremendously positive experience. Unfortunately, I don’t live anywhere close to here but to anyone looking for good eats - look no further. Ps: I heard a few people talking while I was here and it sounds like they are regulars, lots of regulars on a Tuesday night. That speaks to the consistent quality.

Great staff and delicious food! Momo appetizer was awesome. Loved the dal soup. Saag paneer was probably the best that I've had. The texture and seasoning was perfect. I also had the Rose Pomegranate Martini which I highly recommend

I stopped in for Lunch a couple of weeks ago and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was beautifully set with murals of Tibetan mountains and related imagery, the service was quick and friendly, and the food was incredible to seal the deal. Will definitely be headed back in the future.

This place is fantastic. The food was delicious (we had the chicken tandoori and saag as an appetizer along with garlic cheese naan ). The waitress was so personable and the atmosphere was upscale without being snobby. This was a new discovery for us but we will certainly be back. A great pick for lunch or dinner with family and friends or a nice date night option.

First time visiting, and definitely will be back! Food was beautifully presented, and very tasty! Definitely had a hard time choosing just which option we would have tonight, and looking forward to trying another the next time! Service was friendly and prompt, and we were kept informed on the arrival of our meal.
